Resurection GregTech Water Shard Spawning?

I have been able to locate all the other TC shards besides Water in the Resurrection pack. Does it spawn like the others, or is it a specific requirement or biome? Thanks!

It's set for wet biomes. I have found them under Rivers and Oceans.
