Restricting Nukes?

I'm trying to start a FTB server but I am concerned about players using nukes and nuclear power and blowing stuff up. I'd like to be able to use nuclear power after I authorize it but I don't want people using nukes at all (to prevent massive griefing). Anyone have any suggestions?

Nuke damage should be switched off by default in the server configs.

Um, not the default on my config...

You can turn off the crafting of nukes in the Ic2 config.

there's forge essentials, or recipe remover which will both do the job. Sorry cant link, on phone.
