[Resolved] Can't break anything without proper tool or fist? [Monster]

So I don't know what happened, but I'm unable to break anything unless I have the proper tool for it. I was trying to break some Packagers (Factorization) with my pick, but for whatever reason it would just swing my pick once and not break (as if I was swinging at air). The same thing happens with my fist on blocks like wood or dirt. This is very frustrating to say the least and restarting the pack doesn't seem to fix anything.

If anyone has some suggestions for a fix, they would be greatly appreciated.

This has happened to me a few times in some test worlds, I never figured it out, thanks for the info. It was particularly frustrating when I was using barrels to store stuff since I couldn't get anything out of them.
