Windows .exe Rei's Minimap Issue

Anyone else encountered any problems using Rei's minimap in the FTB modpack in single player? mine is buggy and I don't know how to fix it. its not loading right as it should but on servers its fine which is weird. I don't know if this is a bug or not so I didn't want to misplace it there before I know the answer. Here some shots and see what you think?it will not load it fully up into the box like it should and I and stumped. I'm Running windows 7 Ultimate 32x, and the launcher is the most current one that is out.

that is LAG witch is causing the map to take more time than it should to sow the terran if you walk around it should load
if that fails the set your graphics to fast render to normal and try walking around agian see if that helps
