Refined Storage contents

First: Is there any way of getting a list of what's stored in a particular fluid storage block, other than making a note of what shows in the fluid grid, disconnecting that block, and then comparing the new fluid grid display? (I guess the same question might apply to item storage blocks?)

Second: Is there anything that provides a list of defined patterns and where they are? If I need to re-do pattern X, the only way I know of finding it is to hunt through all the crafters until I find it. There must be a better way?

RFTools Screen with a Fluid Module assigned to the fluid block. Note, the screen needs a powered screen controller to function.

Thanks Middleclaw. But I can't get that to work - the RFT Fluid Module does not seem to recognise the Fluid Storage Block. It says it needs to be clicked on a tank. Clicking on a Fluid Storage Block only clears the module.
