Redpower 2 ID mismatches

I have been having a problem with redpower 2 in the DW20 pack. When I try launching my world I get a screen saying "Forge mod loader has found world ID mismatches" and then lists about 100 ID mismatches and gives me two options, yes and no. If I click yes my world is loaded and a ton of RP2 blocks are gone (pretty much all of my buildings) and if I click no it says "shutting down internal server" and freezes. I don't have any other mods installed except the ones in the pack and I have tried doing a fresh install a few times but that doesn't help.

Your trying to play singleplayer or on a server?
incase of single player, remove all configfiles from your dw20 folder on your harddrive and do a force update in the launcher and start again.

!IMPORTANT make sure you make a backup of your world, incase something goes wrong

if its an ID missmatch your ID's in your save don't match with the ID's in your config if you have an old config file what u used with that save use that and if the ID's are correct you shouldn't get that error

yeh of course that wouldnt work it just creates the exact same default configs but your save has other IDs

I do have an old config file for redpower 2 but the reason I decided to do a fresh install was FTB was crashing on startup because of redpower 2
