Hi,

playing with DW20 pack, using OpenBlocks' Auto Enchantment Table leaves me with loads of "useless" enchanted books out of the few that I am looking for. Is there any way of recycling those into liquid XP again, or any other way of getting use out of them? Is there another way you use to more efficiently get to the specific enchants you want?

Thaumcraft is the only use I can think of off hand with the mods in DW pack, all said & done with the ease of creation of enchanted books in DW pack there more or less disposable.

I add the enchanting plus mod to the pack. It lets you pick your enchants & is reversible (it will even give you your levels back). It feels very cheaty compared to any other enchanting method I've seen (except for NEI cheat mode, but I really haven't looked at that for enchants).

DW20 usually enchants a gold whatever to limit it to the relevant category, strips the enchants to books with the MFR disenchanter, copies the books with bibliocraft, combines books in an anvil if necessary to build up to the desired power level, copies those, & files 1 copy to keep for making more.

I've seen an item recipe that uses "magic wood" that is made with 4 enchanted books, but I can't remember what it is for. I think it is from either Open Blocks or Extra Utilities.

The advanced filing cabinet from EU is the only one that springs to mind useful item for bees (queens) & some other uses where unstackable item need to be stacked.

The enchanted wood is from extrautils and is used to make a few interesting gadgets.
Also is great for using with enchanting tables, as an aside, with each one worth 5 levels of enchanting. Combined with one of the parts of the ender quarry(IIRC a part of the Ender Computational Matrix that needs Enchanted Wood), it's REALLY easy to make a "selectable" enchanting table, as this thing I can't remember the name of adds 20 levels to the table(to the max of 30).

FYI: it takes 32 enchanted books to make the ender quarry, but only 7 diamonds. I didn't count the # of ender pearls. Now to find a spot that will be easier to fence off than the bamboo forest I'm building my base in...
