realms, worlds, and portals...

ok so im still slightly new to this game and i am trying to create a list of what all different realms exist so far.
so far i know there is:
overworld (standard)
twilight realm
nether realm
end realm
promised lands realm

..... are there any others i dont know about? space realms? prehistoric realms?
