There's already a site for this.Also, a good idea would be to make a public listing of these kinds of...unscrupulous sites to warn other users. A big post here and also maybe on Minecraft Forum. Maybe even setup a Google doc with a spreadsheet giving the sites' URLs, names, and reason why they're on the shitlist.
