Windows .exe Ram allocation problem

So, the game is using only 247 ram at the moment. Tough in the settings it is set to 1024.
From looking around I understand that this feature is not yet implemented.
But the only solution I was able to find was a command line thing, which did not work for me.
Are there any other solutions?

I see you using 1.1?

Download 2.1 and the ram works (put into new clean folder)
You can then copy over world saves.

David if that is your error log then please start your own thread and include what you did before hand and make sure that you added it into a clean folder since the modpack config IDs changed since 2.2 and 3.1
