How good are rainbow trees against taint though?
Grew one to test on the edge of a taint biome and while I only was able to observe less than ten minutes, taint seemed to be winning.

Yes, but slower and over a much larger range.

It was broken in v15b.
Also, in versions prior to v18, the color change does not happen on the client, so you need to reload the world to see progress.

There's a mod for that. Though I don't recall what it was called. I'll see if can figure it out.
Edit: Found it. It's called the Meta worlds mod. It allows you to shrink or expand sections of the world.

You have Agriculture installed? IIRC it has cupcakes. Might have been Pams HC, though.
