Railcraft Tanks

I've built some railcraft tanks and my friend can't access them is this intended and if it is can I give him access.

As far as I'm aware, you don't set permissions on Railcraft tanks. At least there's no interface option for it.

I thought he should be able to, I'm not sure what's up I'll have him try again when he gets back on.

Can you access the GUI on the tank? If not then its not builded correct.

I can access it but he can not. I'll get another player to try it when I get back on.

would it be possible for a server permission mod to have blocked permission for other users? I don't know, I'm just guessing here...

Not this - wouldn't be able to connect to a multiplayer game without a mod the server has.
