Will the 1.7.10 version of the modpack be continued to be updated? I don't really like the new 1.10 attack changes which is the reason I am not playing 1.10 version of the pack.

Maintained? Yes, for a while. New stuff? No. Most if not all developers have moved away from 1.7 and even 1.10 to work on 1.12 mods.
