Question about downloading mods into a modpack.

Some mod authors have restrictions on their mods that states that the mod is allowed for use in a modpack, as long as it is downloaded from their link.

However in the example modpack, there is no mention of what to do if this happens, and how you can get the pack to automatically download the mod from their link. If there is any way to do this, it would be greatly appreciated if you would let me know.

There is no way for the FTB launcher to automatically connect to a link and download a mod. My recommendation would be to contact the mod author and ask permission to use the mod in a private/public third party modpack.
