Question about Dispensers.

When did the Dispenser get the ability to place Minecarts on rails? I'm trying to place them, but they are being ejected as items instead as entities.

EDIT: I just tested this in regular MC and it works.

Why does it not work in FTB and how can I make it work?

They got it back in 1.3, I don't know why it wouldn't work in FTB. Railcraft has a cart dispenser that should work though.

Normal dispensers don't work. Maybe Railcraft took over that function and removed it from the regular dispenser.

EDIT: Tested it with the Railcraft Card Dispenser and it places one card be immediately removes it it gets hit with another redstone signal.

Exactly and this is one of the few railcraft features that I don't like.
