What is the bug? When Grinder from Draconic Evolution is not present in the pack (either disabled or uninstalled), Quantum Storage Unit from Quantum Storage cannot be crafted
I can't find anywhere that Quantum Storage mod would depend on Draconic Evolution so I assume something weird is going on with this pack's configuration?
This happens when block is disabled on server without any changes to the client. Not sure if also disabling on the client helps.

Is it repeatable? Yes, easily. Either disable Draconic Evolution's grinder in DraconicEvolution.cfg (set B:grinder=false) or uninstall Draconic Evolution. Quantum Storage will not be craftable anymore after that (you cannot take it out of the workbench's result slot).
