Summary of the problem Quantum Storage Achievement

What is the bug? so I was doing the long and grindy quantum storage achievement. I had 1568 tier 5 cobblestone generators going, all hooked up with conduits to refined storage interfaces with a single external storage hooked onto the quantum storage, I was at 99% so I was almost there so I went to do something else
when I came back I checked how full the quantum storage was by checking the external storage (it tells you how full a storage block is) and to my shock, it said 0%
what I guess what happened was that the quantum storage was full, but the external storage kept pushing in items and the quantum storage bugged out and was completely cleared.
now I know I finished this quest, even with this bug, but a bug is a bug and should be reported.

Is it repeatable? don't know, but I sure as hell won't attempt at filling it up all the way again.
