Somewhere on the internet
So..I'm slightly troubled on how to do this
My typical strategy is grab a few redstone engines, a chunk loader, and some ender tanks and i'm good
But according to one of direwolfs videos, that can't be done anymore, because they'll overheat

So i think "ok that's fine, I'll just use 1 magmatic engine", but that get's me another problem

The pump takes less energy than the magmatic engine will give it, causing the engine to overheat and turn off

So I'm wondering if there's a way around this, I don't really know what else I should use, or if there's a way around the magmatic engine problem

And no, I don't want to use another source of power at the moment.

Just put 2 redstone energy conduits between engine and pump and it will never overheat.

Or use a Redstone Energy Cell next to the pump (set to 5MJ) and that will last forever.

If you don't want to waste lava with the energy that is being lost on the conduit you can put a redstone energy cell with a gate to turn off the engine =)

EDIT: I don't it's going to be a problem but...
