Summary of the problem Psi "break"-spell dupes wither s.skulls

Pack Version 3.0.5

What is the bug? By using this Psi "break"-spell ( https://imgur.com/ydX2gvl ) on wither s.skulls it drops 2 skulls instead of 1. I just tested other skulls and they are getting duped also. It happend already in 3.0.4

Is it repeatable? Yes. I used also other CAD to test it. After server restart still remaining. ( not tested in single player yet )

It's a server and no Sponge running on that.
Just tested on single player (new world) and its also occurring.
