You know what. Screw it. Here comes my speech. *ahem*

I once dreamed that I would create games and mods that everybody loved and that I would live off it. But, it seems the attempts of many have failed at the same dream. This snake of a community, that tells these modders they love them, then when the modders ask for well deserved money for their work, they are poisoned. Made to look bad. A poison, that has no easy cure, because the community, together, never forget. No, a modder who has asked for money for creations, may never be cured. So now, this is my dream. Not to please the spiteful community, but to create an antidote to make peace between the snake and the modders. This. This is the antidote. Project Creator. Now you may think this is like any other failed attempt, but I believe I have found a compromise. You modders don't want pay to win, the community don't want forced pay. So. Why not in-between? Cosmetic and non game-changing perks, for a payment every month. Oh. And I want some money to go to charity too. Seriously guys, you're the good guys, we do charity right? Oh and you can optionally give a small percentage to me. Just read the notes:

PROJECT CREATOR

This notepad is for details to remind about the future Project Creator when I get round to making it.

1. A website will be used where users can view the cosmetic and non game changing perks you can get for each mod.
2. You can get the cosmetic perks without paying if you support the mod a lot and the owner of the mod agrees to it.
3. Cosmetic and non game changing perks are given to you through a minecraft mod made by me. The mod you have donated to will be what the perk is related to.
4. I will create the perks if the mod maker asks to have their mod added to it, not the mod maker, but the mod maker is required to make the project creator mod a hard dependency if they want to be added.
5. The mod maker can choose how much of the donations to give away, but there is a minimum of 5% to charity, and giving more to me than charity is not allowed. I may reject adding the mod if people only give the bare minimum though, and updates will be prioritized for more generous modders.
6. The charity donated to will be different every month.
7. The perks will be toggleable on and off.
8. The mod creator will be granted god-like powers over his own mod.
9. I will do an hours/two hours work on learning how to program every weekend, but not during exam times.
10. If it is successful, expand to other games!

It sounds like a good idea and all, however...

Welcome to Project Creator! Now I'm going to be keeping this a mystery for now, unless you can guess what it is in light of recent events, but I'm going to be learning programming then modding for an hour or two every weekend excluding exam times to create this.
So, feel free to guess. I'll reveal my full notes if anyone guesses correctly.
It seems a little ambitious. Not trying to be rude. Still, it sounds like a fairly large under taking.

Yes it is. That's why I'm promising I will work every week. I'm usually quite lazy, but when I can be bothered to do things, I do them pretty well.

I can help on the website part if you want. I have no experience in java but if done well enough you don't need it anyway just a get request should be enough.

You mean the server side or html and stuff? because if done correctly you don't need to write a character java unless I am mistaken you can just
get content makers to sign up-> they get a key -> when someone logs in mod sends key to server -> server responds with info needed for mod to unlock or block content -> mod does so

Ummm. Well I'd need to write the mod and everything. Actually now, thinking about it, I don't know how to allow people to pay for something on the website.
