Operating System, bit type: Windows 7 64-bit
Java version/update, bit type: Java 7 64-bit
Launcher version: 1.2.9

Description of the Issue: Apparently a problem with forge mod loader. Whenever I try to launch FTB Horizons the launcers acts like it is going to download the pack and then just shuts down.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Java 7 Update 45 3 times now and it is still not working and having the same issue.
