Reportedly from lemming, they've been having random bugs with conduits and ducts due to the coding required to allow fmp support, sometimes one of the conduits forgets that it's a conduit, and stops sending until you break and/or add something to the network which refreshes everything

for anyone who ended up here, in short, enough dense energy cells are needed to keep the system from dropping out from big operations or large crafting requests from the terminal, I added 8 to my system and I never had a problem again.
