Problem Crafting Alloy Furnace

i am having a problem creating alloy furnace on our FTB server.

i have followed the crafting recipe from the ftb wiki but it just doesent do anything.

RedPower isn't intalled in that modpack

i thought the ftb server had red power installed.

It does on other modpacks just not the beta one
