I haven't had this happen again yet but I did have a few other people say it happened to them:
Added a private pack(Unleashed in this case)
Closed launcher
Opened later
Pack is gone(Normal)
Cannot add pack(Invalid pack)
From here I found you have to remove it, restart the launcher, then add it again.
