That depends on what you mean. The Beta pack, not directly. The Direwolf pack, still not directly. You have to use them to run an engine to power a Magma Crucible to provide lava for a Geothermal Generator. The Mindcrack pack, yes, there's the petroleum generator, if I'm remembering the name right.

With the petroleum generator, currently available in the Mindcrack pack. DrCeph designed it to fit between the Bio Generator and Turbine, while trying to wrestle with the current state of the Geotherm. Took a lot of constructive input from IC2 forums and here. He's done a fine job considering, great mod.
