Possible with an RPG mod for Minecraft?

Just like those MMORPG games with action-bar one could craft the abilites once class is; tank, dps, healer. You have the weapons and the armor, realms with mobs and bosses, and you can upgrade your action-bar abilities you crafted with new ones from the drops from bosses and such. I think it would be a good idea for a Minecraft mod. Any positive and/or negative feedbacks for this idea please.

Hmm. Sounds sorta like Hack/Mine? Or, I've heard Divine RPG and possibly Ars Magica serve a similar purpose. Divine RPG more, never taken much of a look at Ars Magica.

But I was actually thinking real MORPG with tank, dps and healer, to do dungeons and raids.

I know, but it would be possible and fun to see it in Minecraft, but maybe too much work and the pay off would not be that great.
