Problem Permissions!

Howdy there! Hosting myself a DireWolf v4 Server with https://www.serverminer.com, and I've been trying to set up a permissions plugin, preferably PermissionsEX, using the BukkitForge coremod.
After trying 8 Different versions of PermissionsEx, I am stumped. I have gotten to the point where:
Server loads everything fine.
Pex loads up, commands all work in the console.
BUT players cannot actually use/break/place anything!

I'm not even using any advanced permissions, my file is literally:

groups:
  default:
    default: true
    permissions:
    - modifyworld.*

Anyone had similar problems, have any ideas?

Use #87+ for PEX fixes, and also use PEX from here

Using #91 Mate, just got a response from them saying that other permissions are working right now, but not PEX.

They're still working on PEX at the moment:

So yeah, problem closed, I guess. Feel free to delete, admin folk!
