Did you reload the permissions after fixing them?

What does this say: /mangcheckp Default essentials.warps.mining
 
Yes i reloaded them and after that command in chat it says The group inherits the permission from group: Default permission node: essentials.warps.mining
 
And it's still not working? Check that the players are actually in the right group.
 
My admin on it has the same perms pretty much as Default group but still has no access to the command
 
Also when i do say ./manuadd [name] [group] i get this...

When you do /manload it loads fine without errors? Is it all players having problems using that command or only a few?
If you don't mind giving them access to all warps you could give them essentials.warps.*

Is the groupname Default or default, it might be case sensitive. Is there an error.log in the groupmanager folder?
 
I'm starting to run out of ideas, try /mansave and then /manload
If that doesn't work, restart the server and post the log.

It has happened before and i had to remove it but i want it back and now there mores errors , Here is the log:

Based on the log, you still have two default groups: Default and Admin
I'm not sure if that is the cause of the problems. Change the Admin group default to false and /mansave /manload

Your log also has an error from signshop.
 
I have no idea what causes the signshop error. Give it another restart and post the log.
 
It's still giving this:
2015-07-08 20:39:07 [SEVERE] Error occurred while enabling GroupManager v2.0 (Phoenix) (Is it up to date?)
You could try redownloading it to see if it works.
 
And players also dont have access to ./kit food... but yet they have the perm ./essentials.kit.food and ./essentials.kits
