Yes, you place the plugins in the plugins folder and restart the server, /reload will not work. Also make sure to download the 1.5.2 versions of the plugins you use.

Looks like the BanItem plugin is causing problems.

Not gunna use that , as i try connect it says FML Could not connect to this server The mods and versions listed below could not be found They are required to play on this server: MineTweaker : 1.5.2-2.1.2 , is there not a plugin instead?? ALSO IS there world edit and World Guard for 1.5.2

Oh, I was not aware that MineTweaker is also required on the client. World edit and worldguard downloads:

OKay and one last thing xD i removed the Mods MineTweaker but its still saying the same thing when i try connect

Also i have the essentials plugins but its not making a folder with all the config inside ect..

Did you restart the server after removing it?
Also note that some modded items and tools can be used inside a world guard protection and block logging plugins may not track all modded items and tools.
