Thank you for the clarification on where your stuck. It's simply informing you that if you have a backed up config.yml for that plugin do the following.
1. Stop the server
2. Put in the new config.yml of what you need (so if there is things your not going to use don't include those).
3. Make sure you save the new config.yml after you put in the needed configs in there
4. Then start back up your server

I hope this help you understand this process better. If not post back on what your still having troubles understanding.

In game or using console do /plugins what does it say? If you have essentials properly installed and loaded it should be listed in green. If it's not listed or is in red post the log.

In ./plugins there Essentials chat Essentials EssentialsProtect Essentials spawn, but the config is not right still..

Yes it was that version of essentials and essentials reload does work

But say when i do ./esssentials help , all the commands are there, i just need to be able to edit stuff

Am i able to just copy yours?? And do you keep getting that error like error occured during retriving version java.lang.throwable? something to do with KCauldron??

Okay i think that worked , but when i do ./gc , and it tells me tps and loaded chunks and worlds ect, theres loads called DIM-[number] i know thats all different worlds ,but any that you know that would help reduce lag or if i need to disable any mods to make it run smooth? like do you know any that i should remove??

I haven't had any tps problems with those worlds, You can also try /cofh tps iirc it should tell overall tps and per world tps.
