Out of Memory+forced close cleared my FTB client

Hello. Was giving myself things to enchant in a test world while in creative when I ran out of memory (happens every so often with just the 1 gig allocated). I used the task manager to force java to close, which I believe I did before with no issue, but when I restarted FTB settings had been reset and it redownloaded my client files--the profile was on the default Select Profile but my profile was still in the menu. All the settings, worlds, and screenshots for the profile (which only used Mindcrack FTB) seem to have disappeared, and my Mindcrack folder and its contents seem to be entirely new.

I did not check the FTB folder before starting the client so I am not sure when my Mindcrack subfolder was deleted or replaced.

The log only gives the problem you already stated - out of memory. Did you by any change press force update in the launcher?
