Optifine and what else...

Me and a some friends are playing on a server and was wondering what other mods are compatible with FTB online

Technically all mods that use forge or don't modify base-classes work with FTB.

Optifine exspecially is, but it is a base-class mod like forge, but it is fully combatible with forge.

Since it is only a client-modification every user can install it for themself without any changes on the server.
