Summary of the problem OpenComputers mod not work

What is the bug? OpenComputers not work propertly with Forge (1.12.2-Forge14.23.1.2575) used in this mod version.
How to reproduce: Start creative mode. Place Computer case (creative) block in world. Rigth click case and press "power on" button in computer interface. Nothing happens. Expected behavitor: Computer beep and error message if using incomplete computer or normal computer start if using fully assembled computer.

Is it repeatable? Yes
Known Fix I try use Forge 1.12.2 - 14.23.1.2555 and OpenComputers start working. But astralsorcery mod in modpack ask for newer forge version so I remove it during this test.
