I have look around this site and there seems to no spot to put a Mod Bug that is in all the packs.

My NEI is stuck in recipe mode. I change it to cheat or utility it still show as recipe mode. This happens in every modpack with NEI in it.

Change 'Global' to 'World on the top right (or the other way around, forgot what). And then change to Cheat/utility. This UI is a bit non-intuitive. Many people have trouble with this.
