What is the bug? its not a bug i would like to know how to set a config for applied en so i can shapeless craft the processors for the me system instead of using the inscribers

Ae2 in Sky Factory 2.5 doesn't use the inscribers, it uses a crafting recipe that uses quartz cutting knives. The recipes should show in NEI. You craft the press, then smelt it to get the processor.

i know that but what part of the config is that so i can use that in my sky factory 2.4 server

Those are done using modtweaker not configs. So look in the scripts folder at the ae2.zs file.
