Windows .exe Not enough items isn't working

The NEI GUI isn't showing up when I press "O" in the game. Not Enough Items is listed in core mods. I tried re-downloading the modpack and adding Not Enough Items to the mods section, but neither worked. Pastebin log is posted above.

EDIT: Just wanted to add that my cousin took the same steps I did on his computer and hasn't encountered the same problem.

Welcome. Your Java version is pretty old. The latest is 7u51. I suggest updating it. Which pack are you trying to use? Is anything showing up on the edges of the screen like buttons? As in is it just the icons that are missing, or everything? Try changing your GUI size inside of minecraft.
