Not be able to play offline

Hi not sure if this rigth place to post but I can't play offline I don't know why. I hope this is a bug I play offline befor so that is why im post. The mod packs not show up.

You have to connect to the internet at least once to use offline mode.
Can you post your launchers console log to pastebin.com and link it?

No I can't I'm on my phone I have no Internet on my pc sorry

no one will be able to provide you adequate help without an internet connection.
I'd suggest a clean install, but you need internet for that.
