Problem Not able to connect to server. FTB Presents Direwolf20 1.12.2-1.12.2-2.2

With all mods running I am unable to connect to server. To troubleshoot I have disabled mods, removed default config and scripts by adding ".old" to end of folder name. With those disabled I can connect. Also using "Minecraft Server Status Checker" by dinnerbone and a generic port checker as well.

Currently in the process of a fresh server install and removing mods, configs and scripts one by one to find why it's not working. However, if anyone has any experience with this I would greatly appreciate any advice.

Edit: So with all mods loaded with script folder, but custom config removed. I can connect. I will go through the custom config folder to see if it's something in there...

Edit2: Just a bit more information, I have just tried FTB Pyramid Reborn server which does work with everything default from zip. I will try a few other modpack servers to see if it's just Direwolf20's modpack that isn't working for me.

As I see on client side there is no mods loaded.
