No nuclear control?

How do I make a good reactor without this its hard to get good eu/t without having to change out lzh condensators, and there is no way to my knowledge of how to do this. Anyone have any ideas? ( also on beta pack with gregtech)

Are you sure the beta pack doesn't have Nuclear Control? There's been a 1.5.2-compatible version of that for ages. If necessary you can grab it here: http://forum.industrial-craft.net/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=5915

(it says 1.5.1 but it works flawlessly with 1.5.2, I've been using it for weeks.)
