No aura nodes on the server

Recently my server crashed so I deleted my aura.dat and replaced it with a new one from another server. Now unfortunately there are no Aura nodes. Any help is appreciated

The aura nodes won't respawn in chunks that are already rendered (like ores) they get rendered at the moment the sever generates the chunk.
You should get auranodes when you travel far away from your current know chunks

Download your world and run the node-regen in singleplayer. You may need to plant a few silverwoods to kick-start it again
