Hi there,
i tried to update from 1.9.0 to 1.10.0 but it won't work for me.
So I decided to install a new instance of 1.10.0 but right after the server start I get these errors

  • Dedicated/Local Server
  • What version of FTB are you using? (Dont just say latest tell us the version)
  • FTBBeyondServer_1.10.0
  • Did you add any mods to the server pack?
  • NO
  • What are your server specs?

How did you start the server?

EDIT:
And what java version do you have installed?
open command prompt and type:
java -version

Share the output

I edited the eula.txt and just started ServerStart.bat.

Code:
java version "1.8.0_144"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_144-b01)
Java Hotspot (TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25_144-b01, mixed mode)

1.9.0 works fine for me one the same machine.

In what folder structure are you trying to run the server?

C:\Minecraft\FTBBeyondServer_1.9.0 -> working one
C:\Minecraft\FTBBeyondServer_1.10.0 -> not working

checked the folder permissions and they are the same

windows 2012r2 - did you at any point do anything elevated as admin?
And now running as "normal" user (even if admin on the local machine) - i'm guessing you know what I'm after.

(unrelated question - is it a hp microserver?)

Big thanks grandrolf! Thanks for your support. I found the problem:
Somehow it should not recommended to extract the server files with the native windows archive software. I re-downloaded the files and extracted it with 7-zip.
Now it works =)
Thank your very much for your support and your hints!

(Yes it is and HP Microserver G8 and works very well with 4 players - if you have further question about the system you can pm me)

Have a nice day!

Nice, yea 7-zip is much better than native.

Edit: If you're a PowerShell-user there's a 7zip module in the PSGallery.
