New GUI for the BC Filler

inb4 direwolf actually requests a 9x9 pattern
I love to have this option for the filler now... but am wishing they clean up the GUI a bit more, as the patterns can be moved to the left, and you can have some extra storage spaces on the right

With box mode + some landmarks you can easily get a 9x9x9...

Fillers and landmarks seems to be the only BC items I'm using, but I love them.
