is there a way to get netherack from a machine
crafting recipe or other non mining technique?
cause if you put it in an electrolyser it you get some pretty sweet stuff.

There's no way to manufacture it that I'm aware... except perhaps using an Igneous Extruder and a Turtle in the Nether to use the Minium Stone to convert Cobblestone to Netherrack. But Netherrack is so plentiful that even if the Minium Stone can still convert Netherrack and Cobblestone back and forth in the Nether, it would still be a waste of resources.

There is a UU matter recipe 3 UU for 16 blocks of it... not sure if the centrifuge products are worth the UU cost.
