This exploit allows you to turn 1 or more block/s of glowstone into nether stars / a nether star by using a diamond. Essentially the glowstone block you use to craft the gravity gun gets turned into a nether start through the lighting strike from creating the twilight forest portal and the rest of your materials are returned to you through uncrafting the gravity guns.

To do this exploit you will need Twilight Forest and Gravity Gun installed. The procedure is as follows:
  1. Craft 1 or more plain gravity gun/s.
  2. Have a diamond on hand and construct a model of a twilight forest portal. Don't throw the diamond in the water just yet.
  3. Have all of the gravity guns in your inventory and stand close to the portal, but not inside it.
  4. Throw the diamond inside the Twilight Forest portal.
  5. Now all of your gravity guns should have become supercharged.
  6. Use an uncrafting table, which is obtained in the twilight forest by completing a maze to get a maze map focus and crafting it or obtaining one from a hollow hill chest, to uncraft your supercharged gravity guns. This will cost 9 experience.
  7. Now that you have uncrafted them you should have your nether star.
Enjoy. As for whether you consider this an exploit or not please do not discuss that subject here.

This bug/exploit/specialtechnic is well known. Thing I wonder is: What has this to do with glowstone blocks?

It's handy, but way too tedious for mass production. I just do this once and then use the nether star with the Tome of Alkahest to make more. :)
