Summary of the problem NEI & Tinkers' crafting station don't recognize chests

Pack Version 3.0.0

What is the bug? When a chest is placed next to a TC Crafting Station, opening the station GUI shows and allows interaction with the contents of the chest, but JEI and NEI won't read or pull from chest inventories to complete crafting recipes. This feature works in the Direwolf20 Pack for 1.10.2
(This is really just a quality of life issue)

Is it repeatable? Place items needed for recipe in chest
Place Crafting Station adjacent to chest
Open Crafting Station and search for recipe
Chest items are not seen by JEI and NEI

Known Fix Pulling items from chest inventory to player inventory prior to crafting

yea the jei/nei does not look in chests it look in your inv only so that is a thing on the mods side

Well DinnerBeef... In previous versions you were able to use the NEI crafting button to craft stuff while the crafting station recognized the items in a chest. Now you need to have all of the needed stuff in your inventory which is pretty inconvenient. Ex Nihilo and some other mods did good to get rid of tedious actions. And this is one step backward if you think that is normal behaviour (Crafting Station not recognizing stuff).

If you fix this, please ensure the fix is applied to FTB Beyond also.
