I see your posts, no concern there
I don't play many RPG packs, but you might want to include some information about the systems.
For example, If you aren't running both a 64-bit OS AND 64-bit version of Java on just one of the systems you will be limited to a 1.7.10 or earlier pack, as I believe that was the last version to run on 32-bit Java.
The next important thing is Memory. packs from 1.8 and up run much better with 6GB+ of allocated ram, plus the 2 or so GB needed for the OS and Integrated Graphics video. 1.7.10 packs can run in 4GB if you don't go overboard with mods.
Having a GPU with it's own memory reduces the overall system memory requirement as well as outperforming all but the newest APUs (AMD makes a couple of Ryzen chips with built-in Vega GPU and surprisingly enough, Intel has a Vega GPU on a new CPU as well).
The CPU doesn't need to be multi-core or multi-threaded at this time, but a fast clock speed is good.
Storage is the least of the concerns as long as you can load the games... Faster storage just helps the game load quicker.
