Summary of the problem Need Diamand ore and Iron ore to create void ore Miner - Environmental tech

Pack Version 3.0.0

What is the bug? To create a void ore miner controller (environmental tech) you need a diamond ore and iron ore. There is only no way to get these (Can't find anything in JEI) if you not have a void ore miner. So you need one to get the ores, but you can't make him.

you can get these a few ways from a silk touch quantum quarry or mine them by hand from the beneath dimension are the easiest ways

Or an Atomic Reconstructor with Lens of the Miner.

There are a lot of mechanics for many things that don't show up in JEI, because it would be way to much.
