what the heck is the slickwater plant? whenever i plant a cotton seed on tilled soil it automatically turns into a "slickwater" plant and when it grows to mature i cant right click it and get anything and when i left click to break it drops cotton seeds

ive tried google'ing "slickwater feed the beast" but it seems noone has this problem >.<

That's cotton, it just displays weird on WAILA. Wait until the cotton is visible on the plant, and then right click. If it is pink instead, leave it for a bit longer, it'll eventually grow cotton.

It seems to be a odd placeholder/ glitch for anything that WAILA doesn't know what it's looking at.

So essentially

Someone wiser explained it once here I seem to remember. It stems from modders sloppily using a "null" description(or something, hence the "wiser" part) somewhere which makes any mods that look up this description confuse all these items(with the "null" decription) with each other(or probably just lists the first/last one that used it).

Which makes sense as on MF2 a few updates ago I saw those glitches show up as a "drum"

Super convenient cotton plant that allows me to make strong and wool? No good. Super badass obelisk that allows me to set my spawn in any dimension? Crap.

Its not like Im just saying that for no reason. I had it installed for quite a while. I dont really need more hues of wood plank, 4 is plenty. Im glad highlands has that setting to just use vanilla wood/leaves for all of its trees. I dont much care for the tree design either, wasnt picky about that til I started using highlands, then everyone elses trees started to look bad in comparison.

I dont like the changes it makes to the nether, I dont even know what to say about those little pigmen. We already have pigmen. The berries are an eyesore if you try to grow a lot of them and annoying because you have to eat so much. And I much prefer using MFR or thaumcraft to get experience points, those essence berries are something I would never use.

Oh, I wasnt totally sure. They should have been in natura, not tinkers. Ive disabled all of the berries from tinkers construct.
