I was wondering if there was any way to seperate the mystcraft ages files so I could reset some of them, while also keeping some of them too. In other words, I am wondering if there is a way to take the Myscraft files, and split them into to seperate folders, one reseting and one not reseting.

You can always just delete the MYSTxxx file in your save folder for the right dimension. That will make it regenerate the next time you enter it.
