Hello all,
I recently started a Tech World 2 server. After about an hour into the game, I realized I had a small problem. There are a few mods I would like to add to the already outstanding pack.
Would anybody help me troubleshoot through this, please?
I would like to add:
-Enderstorage
-Translocators
-Morph
-(there may be future mods I would like to include)
I am currently running Minecraft 1.6.4 for my server. The mod versions that I think might be helpful are as follows:
-ChickenChunks 1.6.4-1.3.3.3
-CodeChickenCore 0.9.0.7
-neiaddons 1.6.2-1.9.4.r51
-NEIPlugins 1.1.0.6
-NotEnoughItems 1.6.1.8
-WR-CBE 1.4.0.6
If there are any other details needed, please feel free to ask. I can list any and all mods that came with the pack. The only thing I have added is a plugin called AutosavePlus.
Also, I have tried looking on the internet for ways to do this, but I have had no such luck. I find it easier to talk to someone else about these things.
Please help me if you can. Thank you!

Where else?
You must put them in the folder named mods in the server. You will need them on all the clients as well

Few things. Are you running your server on your own network or are you hosting? Second thing Is that the mods need to be on the editing list or else it's better to just make your own pack. If the second part is true do the following:

a)Turn your server off

b) If you are on your own network find your server files, Open the folder listed as "mods" and download the respetive mods in their 1.6.4 version and drag them into the "mods" folder.

c) If you are hosting, Connect via STFP using the login information provided locate the "mods" folder and download the respective mods in their 1.6.4 version and drag them into the "mods" folder, it will then upload them into your server.

d) Turn your server back on and launch FTB. Before selecting your pack click "Edit Mod Pack" and enable the mods you have downloaded. This will make your client and server compatible for use and your good to go!

I am running my server off my own network. I followed your steps, but I still ran into a problem. When I added enderstorage and translocator, it minecraft told me I had the wrong codeChickenCore installed. So I updated that and then it said I needed a newer version of enderstorage, NEI, chickenChunks, and WR-CBE. I installed those, but again, another problem arose. It said I had duplicates of ForgeMultipart-universal-1.6.4-1.0.0.227 and ForgeMultipart-universal-1.6.4-1.0.0.244. I went to my mods folder and then to 1.6.4 and found only a single file of each. I do not know where minecraft is finding the duplicate.

Did you try deleting these folders and running it? It may be that you have run your server in two diffrent places/times and it's finding a old servers files. If that's so there is your issue.
